Please Note:

 

*We ask for a $1,000 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days. The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time).

After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards (please add 4% for processing credit cards).

The home is furnished with most of the basic kitchen items needed, such as dishes, flatware and kitchen utensils. We provide plastic bags for in home and garbage cans. Linens are not provided as part of your rental. Please bring your own food, linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc.

Concierge Services (Rental Linins, maid service, private cooks are available for an additional charge)

* $200 will be deducted from your security deposit for our cleaning crew- They vacuum, clean bathrooms and kitchen,, do floors etc…. to clean the property.

Your only requirement as “renter” is to leave the home “broom clean, take garbage out, restore dishes pots and pans, and take recycling out) “
